The Chair performs a series of activities aimed at the transfer and dissemination of knowledge, such as participation in seminars, conferences, roundtables and activities about Management by Missions and Corporate Purpose.
The activity of the Chair follows three lines of research:
– Strategy and Purpose
In this line we work on the integration and development of the purpose at the models of strategy and corporate governance
– Sustainability and Purpose
In this line of research, we work on sustainability from a holistic perspective, addressing the three dimensions of a purpose: formal, motor and dynamic.
– The practice of Management by Missions
The main objective of this research is to help have a critical view of DPM, strengthen its foundations and accompany/challenge its practical development in organizations.
